I love how Mad World truly does sound like a plea. I love how the garbled guitar before the bridge even sounds like a cry. And especially how her voice sounds in the stripped down refrain after the bridge; like she is completely drained of her strength, at her wits end, pleading for an answer. Pleading for motivation. Because she can't possibly continue moving forward at this rate.

I still think that should be Out of control LOL. Mr.Darling's bridge is fantastic and it gets better from there, just when I thought it was going too repititive

oh my god, this album. I'm one of the few who absolutely adored A ONE and sixxxxxx but MIJ totally blew me away. Angry Ayu is the best Ayu. Damn. xD

I meant mostly in FLOWER and Mad World. The other tracks, not so much anger but definitely more enlightened as you put it. (But I'm very biased towards rocker/angry Ayu.)

However, holy shit, the ending to You are the only one was amazing. God, I love this album.

I so much don't care for physical sales anymore. I'm just happy that there are still some people who enjoy her music. Let's face it her best times are over. But I am fine with that as long as she enjoys herself and is happy with her own music.

I'm still listening (I've heard 5 of 10 tracks as for now) and I have to say that I like this oriental-rockish concept. Arrangements are really good but there's no song I would love straight away yet :/

I don't know how this digital distribution will have influence on physical album sales but I'm pretty sure a lot people will be already bored with album. Also how they gonna prmote it? As "new album comming/available soon"? That would be a good joke because it's available from today... for free.

Ayu doesn't release for anything but her fans basically, no goals to reach #1, shes just doing what she loves, without avex pushing her around like a puppet

and for anyone who complains (ayu has released more than most singers and she is still active, none of this 2-3 years between an album, we are very lucky to have ayu)

I don't know how anyone can listen to Survivor; I was literally laughing hysterically from how absurd those chants sounded to me. But to each his own I guess. I perceive it as being like something you would hear at The Lion King on broadway. In Mufasa's lair or something. Or even in the Jungle Book. It's very jungle.

That's true. I wouldn't buy digital version myself (if there would be no physical release), because I see no reason to pay for something available for free.

I have a feeling that it's not the COMPLETE album. The physical release will probably have more content. Just gonna change that cover to the MIJ tour artwork or the Numero Tokyo photos and add Winter Diary to the playlist and I'm gonna be a happy boy.

I don't think there's more content that we already know in the physical version. yall just have to accept that she doesn't care for sales and even promotion anymore, they (she) just want her songs out there for us to listen. sales, promotion, peaks and charts... this is such an old concept for ayu, she just doesn't have anything to do anymore, she does it to express herself and only because of this.
