After seeing that lyric video that someone posted earlier with a much higher quality of Fighter, I actually need that song in my life. I know a bunch of people probably hate it (will hate it) but it's already my guilty pleasure and I neeeeeeeeeed it!!!!

It's a much more beautiful video than I'd thought we'd get for it.

And I always like how she wears in the video what she wears in the single cover. (maybe I shouldn't say always, but usually. Typically? I've noticed it recently at least.)

i know her ballad always feel bland and Namie usually didnt give much emotion into her ballads but I like form what i heard for dear diary so far, and the arrabgment i like it.

She's been getting much better at putting emotions into her ballads. I listen to her older ones like I Will or Never End and, yeah, there's some emotion but it definitely feels like 'Oh. I must sing a sad song sadly and so I will sing a sad song sadly.' But now I actually feel her actually feeling something when singing ballads. Which is great. I love how 20+ years in the business and she's still improving.

That's Namie for you though. xD Getting better, looking younger, making me feel lazy and old even though I'm only 23.

Which is why in the past few years, Love Story has quickly rose up to become one of my favorite songs.

P<F is the first Namie album that I really got into after I randomly bought Best Fiction in Japan. Before that I didn't really know how Namie was besides her two Inuyasha songs. So that's definitely my favourite, followed by Uncontrolled (Get Myself Back is one of my favourite songs ever) then probably FEEL. But Namie just keeps going up and up so there's been no "down times" for me since I got into her.

Oh those are great songs for sure, especially I WILL, I just don't get that emotion from it that I think she could bring to it nowadays. Seeing that and Never End performed live during her Live Style 2014, for example, was amazing. I want those emotions and strength she portrayed there in the actual release now. Since she's matured so much and her voice has gotten much stronger, much more controlled, I think she's become a lot more comfortable as an artist/performer. Since we know how shy she can be. (It still amazes me how such a huge superstar like Namie could be so freaking shy xD It's uncanny but adorable.) Seeing those songs performed live during her Live Style 2014, for example, was amazing. I want those emotions and strength in the actual release now.

But I've forgotten, besides Can You Celebrate, what were the songs she rerecorded for Ballada? I need to do comparisons now.
