I tend to agree because it's not just her face (which would indicate fillers, although maybe she's doing that in addition); it seems to be more of an overall, so probably some kind of medication that's causing a lot of water retention.

She has that problem with her knee and when she recorded FNS, I think she was touring, so I guess she's having some medication to make her safe during these times.

I'm certainly the only one who don't like that look. + she looks as a common fashion model of magazine on the last photo.
