I'm going to Okinawa today. And even though I did not get the tickets, I'll tell you what I see in person of the final weekend of her career in her hometown haha (I did not buy because of namie, it was the cheapest week really lol then she announced the concert and the WHOLE ISLAND IS NOW FULL, ALL HOTELS WITH NO VACANCY SIGNS ON BOOKING.COM and one hostel even told me that I was lucky to have made the reservation before because they are full for two whole days, like most of the island lol I did the reservations one month and a half before, so I even got good prices haha last time I checked one night was 250 dollars KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK)

For people in Tokyo, I (by accident) went to a café in Shinjuku Nichome (the gay area) and when I entered there it looked like a Namie museum lol. There was posters from her releases all over the place (some really old and even autographed) and they only played her songs. I was so surprised lol The name of the place is cocolo café.

I know that HERO is really popular in Japan and I'm happy the song is iconic for her new fans as well, but tbh I never like the song from the beginning, it makes me cringe whenever I saw videos of fans singing the song with so many tears.

I love HERO so much, it's just that one part in the beginning when the music is changing to upbeat that sounds awkward. They could have handled that transition better.

My copy of the Finally DVD Sapporo version shipped yesterday, finally. (pun not intended hehe) I'm so excited!
