I think speculation is all good, but we have already had it confirmed on the TA store that the album will only include songs released after the first A BALLADS. Also, no rearrangements or re-recordings have been mentioned in the announcement text - only remasters.
I'm also hoping we're surprised by more details (since it does say things could change in the same description) but I'm managing my own expectations based on those details. I've edited the first post with this information as well now that we have it.
