SACD stands for Super Audio CD. It's a higher qlt reproduction than normal CDs which can and normally do offer 5.1+ surround sound capability.

I'm looking forward to the MY STORY Classical album when it is released. I don't understand why Avex hasn't released any classical albums after Ayu-Mi-X IV.

Because ayu-mi-x 4 AOV sold horribly (NSMM did as well). They tried doing the remix series one more time with RMXWORKS but those sold horribly as well. I doubt there will be anymore ayu-mi-x. I'm surprised they'd even try to sell this CLASSIC version. I doubt it will do well. And them releasing the SACD and DVD-AUDIO is going to end up as being a waste as well, because they will make very little if any profit from it.

I, however, am very excited about the new CDL DVD and the CLASSIC album. I was very surprised to see that they were releasing CDL considering they didn't release 2003-2004. (I guess because it was very similar to ARENA TOUR 2004). But anyway, I'm happy Hopefully CDJapan will have them up for pre-order in a day or two.
