I wasn't directing my opinion to any specific person in the beginning, but rather as a general observation from the whole thread. I believe it's also false to say that Microphone/Don't look back/Lady Dynamite/Sexy little things seem to be lost between all the ballads because these songs even have it's own nation-wide tour promoting them. The amount of controversy these songs have even generated in our own forum is quite apparent.

I do agree if that Ayu does have a higher ratio of releasing ballads as singles recently, but album promotion tracks are definitely not forgotten for a general consumer.

Why would you name an album Rock 'n Roll Circus and then add very little actual rock to the mix? It's just kind of misleading, especially to the unsuspecting customer : /

Edit: I like this song so far. I'm loving these songs way more than RnRC's singles.

I agree there are only 2-3 songs that could even be considered rock. She should have just called it 'Circus' instead because the title implies there are mainly rock songs, its like if she called an album 'Acoustic Orchestra album #10" and filled it with electronic songs and 1 orchestra song..

Ballads are what ayu does best, imo. Even if it'd be nice to have a completely upbeat single, I'll still be satisfied if she only releases ballad singles this year lol.

I refuse to listen to the preview and will save myself til I get the full version, but I do love the nostalgia trip she's been on lately. I think this 3 singles thing will truly be amazing.

I hope there aren't any ultra limited first press bonuses as I want to wait til the last of the three comes out so I can buy them all together I didn't need or want the serial numbered card so I'm happy for that to be the FP bonus again lol

I would like Crossroad to be the single title, I'm a little tired of the double A-sides...then if the 50th single was a double A, the total of new songs would be 5 new songs for the 50th single

Maybe you're having a nostalgic feeling because these songs are the comeback projects of Ayu's composer Hoshino Yasuhiko. He is the one who composed Poker face and A Song for XX. That's what i think.

I still think RnRC is really a rock album..to be specific, Pop Rock album
Rock 'n' Roll Circus, The Circus there might be about that there are many kind of music inside on the album~

most of Ayu's ballads are not really ballad..but more to like a rock ballad.. it still has the heavy sound on the ballads..

get back to Crossroad..I think Ayu is really coming back to her old style..
didn't some ppl always demand of Ayu to have the old songs elements like she had before?

Yes i am happy so far to, the weird thing is i really really love ALL of her songs exept kanariya. i not hate that but i just don't really like it. But i like she is always different, like crossroad. it is really old ayu style, somethig we didn't have the last time. a bit off topic, sorry
