A Song for xx on a-nation 2008 will never be topped again. For me it's the best performance on a-nation. The rain, the emotion, the singing - everything was perfect....

This a-nation wasn't as bad as people were saying. And Nao wasn't as pushed as I thought he would be considering the complaints. By the way, AAA covered WOW WAR TONIGHT before.

^ i second the "is this LOVE?" thing. She has never provided a good performance of the song, not even on 2006. Maybe because the studio vocals were so perfect and epic. She sounds strong but calm, but when she sings it live she just screams and screams

I thought a-nation's is this Love? was one of Ayumi's strongest performances ever and loved the version at CDL1011. And I don't really like her studio vocals on it. Not powerful enough.

IMO it was a little boring, the audience lacked the usual energy they have on a-nation... But maybe i just feel like that cuz we couldn't really watch her performing her hits...

Maybe they will broadcast the rest of summer medley and sunrise at the 3.5 hours special, or will have it on DVD...

I think Last angel was not bad at all, and same goes for Dream ON, it made me like the song a lot more xD

First 2 songs were good, then Another song was a bit eeeek, but URATA's vocals were good all the way through lol

I love is this LOVE? at AT06 and hate ASFXX at a-nation 08. lol

But yeah, I think Ayu should stop doing Last angel live. It just doesn't sound that great live and it's a boring song to watch her perform, as much as I love the song.

Does anyone else love it when Ayu sounds bad? I know it sounds weird but it adds something to the performance IMO.

People hate Heaven at AT06?! O__________________o

It's like, one of her most solid vocal performances ever recorded!

I know people tend to prefere CDL, but her voice is not as good there (and she is out of breath all the time)

I'm so surprised I enjoyed Greatful days, because normally I can't stand this song! and Dream ON sounded really energetic this time to me. I don't know, I really like it, tho lots of people hate this one.

And WOW WAR TONIGHT was just perfect!!

when I was watching ayu's cut I felt like I'm in crowd there too... ooh. my friends were there... this was the great show, for sure!

Does anyone know when they usually announce the DVD for a-nation? It seems really late this year. I thought that it would be announced after the live shows ended...?

No idea why people are still bugging about the performance this year.
She sung really good this year.
you know normally her voice is really bad in the the TV version lol.

TV version and DVD version were exactly the same in 2009. Her voice was polished like crazy.
That said I did think her vocals were impressive in this a-nation, even if they polished them a bit it is obvious that she was never very off or powerless.
