my japanese friend saw on japanese news TV that utada's kimono is handcraftet und cost 6 million yen! It took about 6 month to made it! O.o

It's from chiso or chido (???) in kyoto ... it seems very special ...

I mean ... she looks amazing, the kimono looks amazing ... but 6 million yen? Thats 44.ooo Euros? 6o.ooo Dollar?

Well, it's very expensive. But if it was served as one of the wedding dresses, I think it could be a proper price for a mega star. Kimono can be really expensive, from the type of cloths, the threads, the pattern, the accessories, and the labour, etc. And all things in Japan are expensive anywayz .

Did her husband wore a lipstick? I think his lips were a bit too red to me...
