I ordered the TA ver and now I need to cancel my order because I hit a bit of a financial snag. But I don't know how to cancel the order and I don't know any Japanese. Can anyone help me?

I saw it but I didnīt know either how to cancel.
I always thought that was not possible. Maybe you can contact the support in english? Or does it say you have to write japanese?

I'm pretty sure mu-mo shows a warning message stating you cannot cancel orders when it asks you to confirm your order, but maybe if you send them a message explaining the situation they can allow you to cancel that particular order? Since they do have the international section maybe you can try sending the message in English. It's worth the try...

I remember someone once saying on AHS they got an order cancelled at mu-mo, but I'm not sure who neither when, I only recall it was via email/messages with them...

I will try contacting them in enligsh. Hope it works. Either way once they realize my card has been declined they will cancel themselves. It sucks! I had not even watch the tv ver because I wanted to wait for this bluray but my brother got into some trouble and I maxed out both of my credit cards to help him out. I really wanted to get this!

^ oh, if your credit card was declined it should be easier to cancel it, they won't keep an order if it wasn't payed.

Diary is a song ayu wrote for Miccie and is performed by him. I don't know of the lyrics relate to Summer Diary, but they are not the same song
