She wasn't exactly cutesy during the 'I am...' era. That'd be the RAINBOW era. A true fan is honest if they don't like something.

Good point, I agree that being a good fan is noting the good and the bad, and sticking by the artist through both. It's too easy to like someone when they're doing great. I hope you really like this pv BanFan, I think I will!

I'd say it's better to stop being a fan than keep liking something if it's not your style anymore. I don't know, I've loved all of her styles/changes, it keeps me guessing.

God...the posts in this thread are sooooo fast!

Yeah, I don't like EVERYTHING Ayumi does, but I never really dislike the big things, like her music or overall image. As long as her songs keep catching my ear, I will be a fan.
