On a japanese radio, Utada revealed that Come Back To Me lyrics were autobiographical, the song expresses Utada's uneasiness after she cheated on her boyfriend. Of course she didn't tell the guy's name, but Sanspo (source of the article) assumes that it might be Kiriya Kazuyaki, her ex-husband.

anyway; if it was, it definitely gives the song a new look too.
