I have a feeling that even with good songs, bad covers deter people from buying? I dunno...I thought Sunrise and Sunset would sell well because they were VERY jpop. but turns out to be..not as successful.

I hope that with her new calender being shot by leslie if im not wrong? things will change. and with Wataru back in Sunrise, things will change to. (I have feeling Ishii is gonna be back with twisted plots in his ballad PVs...hehehe...i love his ballad PVs)

nope it's not by leslie kee. it was just a rumor that ayu was having a photo shoot with leslie kee that someone from an unreliable fansite pulled out of their butt

they also have the opposite effect. I'm not really a fan of the blue bird single, but I'd definitely love to buy it, just because of the cover, and the title "blue bird" fits the single cover so well.

I really don't like the title of a ballad to be, "BALLAD" just like I hate titles that are "LOVE SONG". However I would love the title "BALLAD" if it were to end up being a fast paced rock track or something, haha.

The titles aren't a reflection of the song quality though and since I tend to love Ayu's ballads, I'm hoping that these will follow in the tradition of her other great ballads.

O right...thats a pity. Im surprised Ayu announced the single like...7 weeks before it actually drops..(even though usually its 6 weeks..o well)

honestly i know what people mean by NEXT LEVEL was so extreme on the theme...

but that's why i sort of liked it? does anyone know what i mean? i saw them... and got taken aback and then fell in love LOL

but ya... i want the covers to be like Together When..., not to look the same but when you see them you think, "wow how calming and nice, it looks like ayu's about to do my laundry" kind of thing. seriously! except replace the laundry thing with a new theme

oh that was good.

i imagine something serene for her winter ballad covers--they always are. though i do hope for a darker cover with darker colors, perhaps? i don't care, really. as long as she does away the fishlips, it's good enough for me.
