Not impressed with the new single. 愛を止めないで sounds like something I've already heard, like a recycled version of her old ballads. The B-side is terrible IMO, but that's not surprising. Such a waste.

Well the song -is- kind of boring :/ While the lyrics are pretty good, it's just... not very strong compared to her other winter ballads/ballads in general. And I even love Stay with me, which I feel got so much hate when it was released D:

But considering it's doing well on digital charts, people are definitely liking it haha.

There was also absolutely no hype in Japan surrounding it. Like, I completely forgot it was being released this week.

I agree with krauterol and Gustavopc. It's quite suprising to see Kuu doing not as well on physical sales recently since she usually get's at least #3-#1 (She hasn't had #5 in years), and her physical sales aren't doing so well (I also think CD sales in Japan are going down for everyone due to many CD stores being shut down)...but like they said I think digital sales are becoming the new CD sales. Especially for artist's like kuu, who has a younger generation of fans who perfer to buy digital. So I think I'm not going to try not to worry about physical sales and concentrate more on digital where kuu's fanbase and real buyers seems to be (she probably makes more money from digital sales now). And I agree with Gustavopc, maybe now that digital sales are becoming more popular, they should start to release the amount of downloads like they do sales. That would be really interesting to see considering how well AWT has done on digital charts, I am so proud of her for her chart success, she deserves it. <3

And I'm also wondering if she'll release something else for Christmas...although we'll probably get Dejavu Tour next. But I'll be really happy if she released another cover album (maybe R 'n' B or rock songs). Because I really loved 'ETERNITY ~Love And Songs~', I thought she did an amazing job with it and became a fav of mine. I might go listen to it now.

I was talking with Kaled these days and we both agreed that Kuu could handle an awesome CDL this year <3 And a CDL was on that quiz that Kuu's staff made in the middle of the year, so who knows?

tbh, I don't know how she was ever a big seller. Other people in the R&B and hip hop area are crap sellers...

And sorry, I don't really count the kana.

I just gave it up to the fact that she's with avex, and she has a lot of ballad and pop songs.

Her ballads still seem to be the most popular thing Look at how much better this single is doing on the digital charts than the summer single.

And like people said, she JUST had the other single, and this one doesn't really have anything to hype it up...I bet only her hardcore fans really know about this single, and they're the ones who bought it.

And everyone else just goes straight to download cause they like the song lol
