Acid Black Cherry had become the first Japanese artist, which song is used in TAIWAN SUZUKI commercial video!

Acid Black Cherry has released 3rd cover album "Recreation 3", with based on real story leading song, "Future forecast map II". Music video for this song is already known as "impressing" and "making you cry" and became main topic in internet.

It has been announced, that new project called "Shangri-la" is going to start all over Japan starting from this summer. Following this project, one of Acid Black Cherry songs will be used in "SUZUKI" commercial video "SWIFT", that is broadcasted all over Taiwan.

The song, which is used in commercial video, is well know "Re:birth", song that has been released as 9 single of the band in 2010 and recorded in their latest album.

Acid Black Cherry is the first Japanese band, which song had been used in TAIWAN SUZUKI commercial.

All three original albums of the band were also released in Taiwan, and their DVD（LIVE DVD「Acid Black Cherry TOUR 『２０１２』 」）due to unprecedented demand had been also released in Taiwan.

This CM is mass-aired all over Taiwan TV starting from mid-April.

Acid Black Cherry announces 2nd part of his project ‘Shangri-la’

Acid Black Cherry has announced the 2nd part of his new project, ‘Shangri-la‘, which will kick off this summer.

‘Shangri-la’ is a project to bring a smile upon everyone who loves yasu’s music. The project will include: releasing of new songs, dividing the whole country into 5 blocks and hold a live tour throughout Japan, and holding events in each area to communicate with the fans.

The 1st part of the project is a Hokkaido-Tohoku tour from August to September. At this time, he has announced a Hokuriku-Koshinetsu-Tokai tour.

Acid Black Cherry to Release 5th Anniversary Live DVD

In the end of 2012 Yasu's solo project Acid Black Cherry was celebrating its 5th anniversary. On July 17th this anniversary live will be released on DVD and Blu-ray!

The DVD and Blu-ray are titled "Acid Black Cherry 5th Anniversary Live "Erect" " and include 21 songs played at the live on December 13th. The DVD-version comes with 2 DVDs and costs 6300 Yen, the Blu-ray costs 7000 Yen.

The information is maybe a little delayed but we can inform you about awesome news!

Acid Black Cherry are about to release a new single this summer and the best about that is: the band is planning to recruit fans for the PV shoot.

That sounds great, doesn't it? Surely this will be a lifetime memory for the lucky ones who take part in this project! Which is called project Shangri-la!

There is a chance to take part in this event if you are a member of the official fanclub. So please check out their webpage and take a look at the information how to apply!

Furthermore the band has a rough schedule ahead - but they do it all for the close contact to their fans!
