I heard their second day sales dropped to 26,205.

http://www.oricon.co.jp/rank/js/d/2015-08-26/

This is one reason why AKB48 is becoming more of BS...

And they sold around 15k today.

Still, in just 3 days they have outsold the TOTAL sales of many singles released in the last 3 years (Green Flash, Kibouteki Refrain, Kokoro no Placard, Mae Shika Mukanee, Suzukake Nanchara, So Long!, Eien Pressure...) and with the promotion getting only bigger as Halloween comes, it can only keep selling.

Stop being salty because they sell better than your favs.

It's AKB who is selling well not "them"

Mayuyu last single sold 56k
AKBNyan single sold 50k
Diva's last album sold 20k
Tomochin last single sold 18k

So, better than my faves?

They don't sell if you don't put 300 of them in a single (which is technically an album)

Yeah, they sell like they do because of the gimmicks. So what? Oricon doesn't count "sales without Handshake tickets", so why would we? lol

And... Mayu selling 50k is still better than Ayu selling 30k of her last single so... yeah.
Plus, the solos and subunits don't really have the promoting machine the big groups usually have.

The next AKB single will celebrate their 10th anniversary

Maeda Atsuko, Itano Tomomi, Shinoda Mariko and Oshima Yuko will be part of senbatsu selection

AKB, NMB and SKE are going downhill

HKT never rode the hill

And Nogizaka46 is at its peak right now

Hearing a lot of people on the Stage48 forum (AKB48-dedicated forums) that they're NOT liking the senbatsu for the 43rd single as of now. I'm not liking it as well. And I have a feeling...is AKB48 in its REAL decline right now after their last single release 'only' sold 905,000 in the first week?

Also, they're nominated for the Japan Record Awards...but with Sandaime J Soul Brothers of EXILE TRIBE (yes, the EXILE boys), the defending champs, also being nominated, I have a feeling they might win again. (>_<)

In fact, someone replied on Twitter that JSB has the momentum, and not AKB48. And I do have to agree the actions that I'm seeing with AKB48 right now doesn't deserve them any more wins in the Japan Record Awards.

And, yeah, Nogizaka46...there are reasons why I do actually prefer them over AKB48 as of now.

^Why do people like Nogizaka46 so much? I only saw them twice in Music Station, once they performed a good song, the other time a generic idol song...

And they have a very beautiful member that looks like a model

In my opinion Nogizaka46 is a more sophisticated group with better music and a lot of beautiful girls.
The next single of AKB48 will include past members like Tomomi and Mariko.

And in other news, Akimoto met a mexican producer, and guess what, they want to make MEX48, lol. I thought it was fake, but nop, there is a video of the meeting T_T

Yeah I don't know if something good is gonna come from this lol

I didn't like JKT48 at first, but they have released some nice versions of AKB songs (Unlike SNH48)

Nogizaka46 is better in every aspect: better music, better lyrics, better members... AKB48 only sells that much because it includes all of the sister group members on their handshake events so the sales increase... If they just included AKB48 members their sales would be lower than Nogizaka's actually. About the latest gimmick (including the old members in the new single) i'm quite shocked tbh I see why Aki-P would want to include them, but i dont get why they would go back to AKB once they have chosen other paths

LOL! I would be interested in seeing this. There are no records I'd say, of groups this large here in Mexico, so I wonder how this group would fare... unless they're trying to debut the group in Japan

The mexican producer is Pedro Damian (RBD). Hahaha I can imagine 48 girls dancing to reggaeton, lol.

They previously did it, even though it wasn't an AKB franchise it was definitely similar

AKB has re-released the single with an alternate cover for "365 Nichi no Kamihikouki" in order to support the single to reach the 1 million copies mark

I'm not sure if this is going to work... This idea sounds stupid to me...
