I love how it's similar to how the album's text was placed in the middle.

Probably the best DVD cover since the cdl 12-13? The one that's pinky and purpley and a simple image of her.

I don't see the point on releasing live CDs when the audio is clearly edited and the arrangements don't change that much (or at all). I don't mind her voice edited on the DVD because, to me, the enjoyment comes from watching the performance as a whole. But I'm not seeing anything when listening to the CD...


I wouldn't mind live CDs if they rearranged a lot the songs, like Madonna does.

By the way, I just realised that Survivor's gonna be on the live CD and I'm excited! That's some vocal pyrotechnics she did at the end with the WOW YEAH YEAHs! So happy that we're getting a more HQ version of this. and vogue. and You are the only one. Wow the M(A)DE IN JAPAN CD looks good.

I sometimes prefer to listen to live CDs. Especially if the song is very old like vogue.
I'll wait for Hong Kong or Taiwan version of the Arena tour DVD.

I wouldn't mind live CDs if they rearranged a lot the songs, like Madonna does.

What about "Vogue", "Green", "Love Song" (and Evolution... that is missing on the CD) so that's at least 4 new versions this year. On 10 tracks, the Made In Japan CD contains 5 songs never performed live before (Plus 3 on MIT)... so I am not expecting them to have different version. On the Power of music Tour, most of the tracks were re-arranged because it was part of the concept... Thought usually, they change 1-3 songs per concert. It would be way too much work and money to do a bunch of new arrangements for each concert... She does 3 concerts a year... Madonna does one concert every 3 years...

Also... even if it is edited, vocals and arrangement sounds really different in live version. Still the price is still crazy too expensive.

I haven't heard or seen anything from the tour, so I can't give you my opinion about GREEN, vogue, Love song and evolution. And I know that Ayu tours more frequently than Madonna, I'm not asking for avex trax to spend the same amount of money rearranging songs for each concert. I compared them both to explain that I do find interesting when they release live CDs, but only when you have enough "unique" material to record.

I really like to listen to live CDs during the day, at the bus or at work because it gives me the image of the performance without watching it. But I wouldn't buy one that is so expensive...

But you sound so sure that her audio is edited and arrangement doesn't changed much from ur previous post.
Ayu's live alway gives a more emotional vibes than her studio albums. And they do have little changes in the tracks maybe a different starting or some in the middle of the song. While most regular fans doesn't fancy them, some hard-core fans do love them. Which is why they dare to buy this what I called a sucker box

The boxset looks lovely, however disappointed Summer Love, ANOTHER WORLD, and evolution~SURREAL (it was rearranged as well to fit the tour theme, from memory) aren't on the CD, instead of all the boring ballads -_-

Hopefully it doesn't get delayed again. I want this for christmas!
