As for how I found out about changing the name on the ticketboard account; I didn't. I took a shot in the dark and it worked. I would do it asap, because who knows when the cutoff is for creating the actual tickets. I changed the name of my accompanying ticket about a month in advance (I could do this cause it was my mother and I'm the one the created her ticketboard account, so I had all of her account information to be able to login and change the name.) I could not change the name of my own ticket because my own was a Japanese account registration, and in those cases they will not let you change the name from kanji to romaji. I had to change the ticket that was orginally going to go to my mother who was unable to attend; her ticketboard registration was done under English and therefore I could change my mother's name in her account to my name, and it actually worked. Ticket printed with my name in english that matched my passport. My own actual ticket was still stuck with my name in kanji and therefore nobody else being able to attend with it. lol. Did that make sense? It was a seriously roundabout way to get my ticket. Like Jesus Christ already!

The funny thing is I wrote my e-mail in Japanese. I kept my sentences short and simple because when I tend to write too much, I get my grammar mixed up with incompatible English-to-Japanese direct translation and people usually get confused, but I think my wording and grammar was pretty decent. I guess they saw my name in the e-mail address and just decided to respond in English.

As far as tickebo goes, still haven't been able to reach them by phone. I call at midnight my time which is 1pm Japan time, and according to the site that is when their business hours start, but still no response. I try a few times every 5 minutes for the past 2 weeks, but nada. Don't even want to think what my phone bill will be at the end of the month. They haven't responded to any of my e-mails for the past month or so. I think I will just change the name now and hopefully it will go into effect by the time I get the tickets. If not, worst case scenario I will go to the venue early morning on June 3 and go to the Customer Service line. Even if they end up giving my ticket to a random person, atleast it'll be used and my conscience can be at ease.

I really appreciate the info SunshineSlayer! Were you able to confirm the name change when the ticket arrived in your mother's tickebo online account? It doesn't come via SMS correct?

Ok sorry can I just ask, do I have to change my particulars on fanspace for them to even ship out my goods? Please help. Im super confused and it's already Mid-May.

So far my address, name, are all in English on the site and not in the full-width format. Do i change all this to my Tenso address and find some way to use the full-width format? Tenso doesn't offer Chinese names do they?

Your name doesn't matter when ordering. The only thing that's important is that the delivery address is Japanese, since the goods site doesn't ship internationally. So just provide your Tenso address and phone number and you'll be fine!

The shipping of the goods are just immensely delayed in general. I ordered the photobook back in February and it was only finally shipped out and delivered to me last week. So they may have just not gotten to your order yet.

This time round , Apple Daily wrote that 30 shipping containers worth of concert props/material were shipped to Taipei so that the stage can be set up for this weekend's concerts in Taipei Arena

Namie today left the hotel at 1pm and head to Taipei Arena to do rehearsals until 6pm . After rehearsals finish , Namie went to LADY M which's a cake store

Namie was inside LADY M for 10 minutes & she bought some cakes . Apple Daily speculate the cakes Namie bought inside the store was for Haruto as tomorrow is his 20th birthday

After that , Namie went back to the hotel & then she came out again and she went to Din Tai Fung for dinner (seems like every Japanese artiste who visit Taipei loves going there to eat , wouldn't blame them though , they serve fantastic food and they're 1 of the only few restaurants I'm willing to queue up here)

When Namie arrived in Din Tai Fung , she caused a stir as the patrons didn't expect she would come to dine , same with the staff

The hotel that Namie is staying in for 6 days 5 nights , prepared a chocolate prop present for her as a surprise . Many fans were congregating outside of the hotel waiting to have a glimpse of Namie

Lastly , inclusive of Namie's 16 dancers , 150 of Namie's staff members also accompanied her . Apple Daily also wrote that there will be no special guest(s) for this weekend's concerts and the setlist will follow the same 1 as Namie's domestic tour

Also, got my 7 net order in the mail yesterday. Buyee's third party fees and shipping were pretty bad. It probably didn't help that I selected all its secure packaging options, but I feel like japamart might be cheaper as a third party shopping and shipping Japan vendor.

Still, WORTH EVERY PENNY. I also got both the black and white versions of the One Piece shirts.
