I know a lot of established acts are putting out material next month & in Nov (YUI , B'z , SID & many others) so that will probably hampen things but we'll see

SID and YUI selling over 190k with their singles? I don't really see that happening, both of them would need a mega popular tie-in. Considering that even FMA2 didn't do wonders for them, their chances of beating Days/GREEN are none.

Wow, remember when the AKB38 fans thought they could pull a number 1 with their single iiwake maybe? It was a special single or something, but then they couldn't make a weekly number 1. Look at how close they are to Ayu's S/S now! Just 2000 copies off, and they're selling more weekly too. I guess Ayu's a great 1st week seller.

yup they will be putting out MY LONELY TOWN on 14th Oct in 2 editions

from what I know , they seldom release their singles in CD + DVD's so no surprises it's dubbed as 'limited edition' in this context

it might not sell as well as Ichibu to Zenbu / DIVE since I assumed it doesn't have a tie in but the ballad version of Ichibu to Zenbu can be found in their new single in due time & the preview's

It's still on the top 200 (and probably the top 100).
When it goes below the 200th position then it stops charting.

i don't think so. it has been her pattern for a while just to have 2 singles and then an album. so i think she'll have another single this year and an album in the beginning of January or something

^ Oh yeah, I forgot she's starting to differ a bit from the usual Japanese pattern, hah. But she's really only had two years where there were only two singles - the rest she had at least three. So we should definitely get one more, like you said, and then I guess the album. Which I'm not complaining about. I love new albums to start off the year. ^.^

I don't really consider YUI as a strong single seller anyway but at least just like ayumi , she's able to clear 100K & above for her singles now

I don't hate them even though I don't listen to any of them (besides NEWS, DBSK and tegomasu - but I am far from being a fan), but I wouldn't mind if people on here would talk less about them.

I have to admit I was guilty of talking so much s against people who're anti Johnny's or let alone anti boybands & from then on , I learnt to shut up & not to pick fights un-necessary

it's different if people who don't listen to them are the ones themselves who started the fights though
