there are more than one.. xD

when kuu performed Candy and Ayu -> Born To Be...
Kuu -> Yume no Uta, Ayu -> JEWEL
Kuu -> Ai no Uta, Ayu -> talkin' 2 myself
Kuu -> stay with me, Ayu -> Days

I only have the "Talk (Kuu and Ayu together) + JEWEL performance" and pictures of the fourth one.
