^ I agree, actually. A new arrangement of "poker face" seems a bit more appropriate...I mean, that was her first single, this is her first on her 10th year (exactly). Not that I'm not excited for the other songs, I'd like to see that one being re-arranged.

woohoo!!! I just pre-ordered all 4 versions @ cdjapan! US$84.81....OUCH!! The only stuff I haven't pre-ordered are the vinyls...I want them but dunno where to put them.

I never purchased from hmv...are they any good? I wanna purchase from cdjapan...

I don't think anybody was able to purchase any of the dvd versions. If it was sold out to the point of out of print, both versions should be up on the daily sales chart...but none are there. Also the dvd case is first press and it didn't say anywhere that the dvd versions are limited editions.

I've never purchased from them either, this was my first time . I do prefer CDJapan because they have the point system and my items always arrive perfectly and fast. But I honestly wouldn't know what to say about HMV. The thing about HMV is that they have one set price for shipping which I didn't like, in CDJapan you actually get options.

I just posted the links because I figured some people were trying to get the singles, and I wanted to let them know they could find them on HMV, just doing my part...

I'm happy that LIFE won't get a PV. Some of her strongest and most popular songs don't have a PV (see the A and H single). And a PV might ruin a good song.

Poker Face is appropriate, but I dunno, often a singer's debut song is not the strongest (exceptions aside) and I guess the whole Melody and arrangement of Poker face might not play well with the market (like IMO it doesn't have the same "timeless" feeling that YOU has or something).

I think the reason why poker face was released was because Ayu dislikes the song. Ayu was recording poker face when her grandmother passed away. In fact, her grandmother was in her deathbed and Ayu said she would visit her tomorrow as soon as the recording was done. She found out her grandmother's passing in the recording studio the next day. Because of that, she rarely, if ever, performs poker face. She did sing 'poker face' on A Museum, but it was just a melody so it wasn't the whole song.

I think they probably got flooded or something, or maybe they're out of print at the moment while they get an estimate of how many they might get to sell?
