Okay, wtf, Ayu. The day after I totally say your 10th anniversary sucks.

This needed more new songs, and more 10th anniversary versions.

And all that makes it worth anything is the unreleased a-nation DVD tracks and maybe the PB/box. I dunno, Ayu. I dunno.

I do agree. If there were more re-recorded tracks I may lean towards buying it, but, this may be more of a download thing for me. :\ oh well.

But, if Mirrorcle World is included, as 60's 70's 80's in Namie's compilation, that means it won't be included on the next album, so it's FIRST single would we released around sep/oct, and there won't be a new studio album until at least march/april 2009, right?

That's good, so ayu isn't in a rush to record a lot of songs to be released around new year

I don't think so. Ayu has shown she is not reluctant to rush stuff out with Memorial Address and almost did so with Secret. I can't believe from Guilty until now, avex has not prepared any song aside from MW and Life to record. There may be a mini-album end of this year and truehappiness will probably blow through the roof (just kidding no offense

Let me try to put this in context here. Kinki Kids had a 2 best compilations and for their 10th anniversary, they released a 39 song compilation that probably featured many hits from the previous best albums. B'z's the ultimate best or whatever it's called is also probably going to be a huge compilation of previously released hits which have probably featured in their previous numerous compilations. It's a TRADITION to release something like this. I'm discontent in the lack of original releases but there's nothing much to complain about this album.

I wasn't expecting this after A Best 2 but now it's come out, i'm not really surprised. I just wished there were more singles and TV promos. Like how she featured in domoto kyoudai in the middle of (m)u tour and had BLUEBIRD single prepared for release right after the tour. I wish this compilation well and may it sell a million figure and please avex, give me something to look forward to.

^That's the beauty of re-invention. Excellent marketing strategy though i don't approve. I think avex had A Best B&W released on the same week for the 36 year record thingy. The UWC record was a great bonus.

The songs are re-mastered which means same tune, same melody, same everything except it has a higher quality sound so you could say they are just putting all the songs into the cds except for who... which is re-made with the same words (probably) but different instrumentation. Maybe re-sung also? I'm not sure whether ayu will re-record it.

TH already answered that question. They're not being remade. They're staying the same and putting them onto CDs.

Also for B'z case , this year they will put out 2 best albums .

The 1st was B'z The Best "ULTRA Pleasure" which was released last month on 18th & then on 17th Sept , they will roll out B'z The Best "ULTRA Treasure" to celebrate their 20th anniversary so in a way that's a double whammy & blow .

Imagine if A BEST 2 were to be put out now & then about 2-3 months later , A COMPLETE . Everyone will complain even more than before

Sorry i think i misinterpreted your post. Do you mean Pleasure is a normal Best album? Man, that's a low blow.

Not really. Fans knew that B'z were going to release 2 bests this year, so they get to choose whether they want to wait it out or buy it.

It seems like... Ayu could've released this as a DVD release, and people would've liked it. "A UNRELEASED" or something, or "A VAULT" and had unseen concerts/clips etc..

The DVD just reminds me of a bad BoA DVD [aka THE FACE].

I'd say that I'm probably going to get this, but I don't really feel good about it. First time this has happened, mostly because only like 1/4th of this release is new, whereas with like A BEST 2, we got a huge concert+documentary. My suspicion is that they want to test the waters with this release to see what Ayu can sell with such a huge amount of material. Though it's basically A BEST + A BEST 2 + other songs.

Also, I'm realizing that this collection might have huge promotion, with Ayu singing plenty of older singles on TV shows that she previously hadn't before. Perhaps that might be a bad thing though...

This makes me wonder if Mirrorcle World will be included on the next album... or if this compilation will count as it's album release. I remember thinking that Hikki wouldn't include COLORS on ULTRA BLUE after having already put it on her single collection... But she did.

Anyway, awesome news! I hope the re-masters are a little bit more noticeable than the A BEST 2 re-masters, and I can't wait to hear Who... (10th Anniversary Version)!!!
