Finally they're doing what they've been wanting to do for a long time, they will go to Hawaii and hold 2 lives for 15,000 people each live (30,000 total).

Tickets will be sold in a pack with flight and such (flight by JAL) to FC members. Events will be 9/19 and 9/20 (Honolulu time). Seems there will be a special stage on the beach for this live.

Arashi to hold their 15th anniversary live concert in Hawaii

On May 7, it was revealed that popular group Arashi would be holding their 15th anniversary live concerts titled "ARASHI BLAST in Hawaii" on September 19th and 20th in Oahu, Hawaii.

Reportedly, they will set up a special open-air stage with a view of the ocean in the suburbs of Honolulu, and a total of 30,000 audience members will attend the 2-day live concerts.

For Japanese fan club members attending the concerts, there will be a tour to Hawaii with a charter flight, and also, there will be reserved seats for the local fans.

Hawaii is a special place for Arashi members, as they held their debut press conference on the cruise ship off the coast of Honolulu, back on September 15 1999. After the debut, Arashi's live concert in Hawaii was once planned for November 2001, however, it was cancelled in consequence of the September 11 attacks.

Although they held a fan event in Hawaii in 2002, they never had a chance to hold a live concert there.

Member Sakurai Sho commented, "That's the place of our start, so we always wanted to do that. We were wishing to hold an anniversary event in Hawaii." Fellow member Aiba Masaki added, "I want people who have been supporting us from way back to come to the concert. I want to share the memory with them."

Sakurai also revealed his idea for the concert, "Since it will be by the ocean, we want to do something special which can be done only there, such as entering the stage from the ocean or sky."

Arashi to Perform in Hawaii in Commemoration of 15th Anniversary

The ever-popular boyband Arashi has announced that they will be holding their 15th anniversary live in Oahu, Hawaii. Hawaii had always been a special place for Arashi as they've had their debut press conference in Honolulu back in 1999.

The live titled "ARASHI BLAST in Hawaii" will be held on the 19th and 20th of September. It is reported that the band will be holding this live at a specially constructed open-air stage with a view of the ocean and the area will be able to hold a total of 30,000 audience members.

Travel packages will be made available for fanclub members who are interested to fly to Hawaii for the live. There will also be special seats available for the local fans in Hawaii.

It has been six years since the band last performed overseas in "arashi marks ARASHI AROUND ASIA 2008" tour. Congratulations to the boys for their 15th anniversary!

I thought the PV was absolutely amazing. I love it! I really liked the setting of the PV, and I thought it was so cool how the walls turned different colors, and I thought the solo shots of the boys behind those white/black striped walls were so cool. Every shot of them was just fantastic! They looked so good in the PV. I really liked the black suits they were wearing, too! Very nice. Their dancing was very cool, as well.

While watching the PV, it was also the first time I heard "Daremo Shiranai" in full and I think the song itself is just so amazing. I really love it!
