She is certainly not going for the sweet demure look. The makeup gives me the strong, confident, nightclub/party vibe. Whether this is for the tour, album, or PVs, I am definitely interested to see what this all means.

Looks like it's gonna be for a PV or something. Does she mention one after ZIN says he arrived? Her outfit looks like it's oozing sex.
Some tweets from before indicate that the filming crews (PVs/photos) have arrived from Japan. Album cover/magazine/goods shoots + PVs + tour videos are probably starting production right now. I hope the PVs aren't all on location. We need some studio stuff, Ayu! Alvin Goh was also recently in LA doing fittings with Ayu... can't wait to see what they have made! He posted a photo from the set...  These videos are going to be strange, lol.
