Kuu went to Sam Smith's concert, she met him and posted a pic on her Facebook page (!!!!!), they look cute together hahahaha

Kuu and Dream5 met today. Hoping this was for MUSIC FAIR or something! (they already performed on Music Japan a few days ago). That outfit looks perfect for a WOML performance.

The dress reminds me of one from a Sayonara no mukougawa TV perfomance, I like it (actually I think it's the same lol) And hopefully it IS a TV live, please

^ Uhhh... I fail to see this big conspiracy with a couple of singers taking vocal lessons. It's not as if... knowing how to use that instrument is their job or anything.

And doing a couple concerts in Taiwan is business as usual. Of course avex is gonna send them off anywhere they can make a profit lol

I'm not sure what you're talking about with the CD releases you listed. Basically everything gets a Taiwan press.

@melissalove Sometimes (aka long ago, since they don't anymore) they have the same strategy of releases, but that has changed a long time ago: Ayu doesn't releases that much singles anymore, Namie doesn't takes a lot of time to release albuns anymore, Kumi also doesn't releases more than two or three singles in one year anymore.
It was a normal thing to get a release pattern "4 or 5 albuns / 4 or 5 years = release a compilation", but that also doesn't happen anymore with the three of them, but I can understand what you're saying. It's not like they're copying each other, it's a regular release pattern.

And btw, Kumi's Out Works was a two disc album with remixes (which this idea was dropped before the release), and was a compilation of songs that aren't from her discography, so yeah, it's not the same of BEST FICTION or A COMPLETE.

About the vocal lessons, they probably always had somebody to help with that. Ayu, Kumi and Namie vocals changed a lot during their careers, but they usually aren't really vocal about taking lessons. Kumi is probably trying to get some hype, like she did during the release of Darling. She said the songs would have a really high note (which wasn't that big deal, btw) so she probably did vocal lessons back then.

The cover os ViVi's latest issue is the model Rola (this name always makes me laugh haha). So yeah, no Kumi on the cover.

- Kuu will be at J-Wave Radio on Tuesday and they will play one new song of the album in full.
- They added 2 Music Cards as editions for the new album, but for FC members only:

Why would they make music card exclusive to a fan club only? Not like it's highly collectible item or anything. So silly. I was thinking of buying it, but instead of buying music card through tenso I'll just album on iTunes since I decided to go fully digital with music. I hope album will be available earlier on iTunes, like some releases before.

im using firefox. can anyone help me?

EDIT: i got it to work using a combination of copying+pasting the address from my tenso account, and typing in other parts of it.

so now, i've made my first order through the fan club!

Music Cards are basically useless now that Oricon doesn't count them as sales anymore.

A music card is a card that allows you to download the album but counts as a physical sale (for Oricon). But since it's much cheaper than the actual album, Oricon has stopped counting them for their reports, which is the reason it's being released to the fanclub only (they assume every member will buy the album anyways).
