i bought her "Music" album tonight

, it was $10 but it was the bad cheapo China edition, but its all good

, one day i will get all of her albums

(and steal 3 of them from my mum)

EDIT i think it was a bootleg :S, doesnt have the lyrics to American Pie :\

Another outtake from the Ariake sessions surfaced! It's pretty cool looking.

There's also more gossip going around about the new material. Apple's holding a media event Sept. 5th with this as the ad.

What do you guys think? I think it's possible that she could be linked to the project because she was one of the first celebs to have an iPhone and also because of her past stuff with Apple. (She did that Motorola ROKR iTunes phone ad back when Hung Up came out and she also released all her music on the iTunes store)

The Associated Press basically confirmed that Madonna and Justin aren't going to be on the VMAs because she's going to be hosting a Malawi adoption agent next week. They'll be assessing her ability as an adoptive parent.

She'll be issuing a press release on Thursday I think regarding all this.

Maybe there's going to be some kind of Apple exclusive related to the new album that they feel is worth advertising?

I heard a rumour on another board that it's going to be a double album (someone claimed they saw Warner's release schedule), is that false like the October release?

I was just thinking, Madonna is ANTI-AGE! She still looks fabulous after all these years, it's really WOW!

When Arianne Phillips set out to create the costumes for the James Mangold remake of the classic western "3:10 to Yuma," her biggest challenge was making the clothes seem like they'd already had the life wrung out of them.

Weeks of research went into the costume designs for the 25 main characters and 1,000 extras. "I didn't want to take the audience out of the story," Phillips said. "I wanted to avoid cliches and try to create a gritty reality" — a tall order considering how much Westerns are a part of the American consciousness, she said.

Tossed into the difficulty of the assignment was the fact that filming for the movie took place during the worst winter in New Mexico in 70 years, according to Phillips. She spent part of her time just trying to keep the actors reasonably warm as temperatures dipped to 10 and 12 degrees.

Since filming, Phillips has been busy supervising photo shoots for fashion magazines and looking at other film projects. She'll also be working on Madonna's next album. She has worked with Madonna for years. Phillips is proud of this movie, which has gotten glowing reviews from heavyweights like the Hollywood Reporter and Variety.

"This is a stellar, stellar piece," she said. "I'm very proud to be associated with this movie.

"For a designer, it was an incredible project"

This makes me really sad, but I'm waiting until Liz confirms it or not. I'm thinking M still has some tricks up her sleeve for us, but if not then that's okay too. I think it's wise of her because her family is more important than anything right now. The Malawi inspector is supposed to be here from Tuesday on (for two weeks).
