I don't think that Mirror is a reason not to put it on the next album.
For ayu (and actually for me too) Mirrorcle World is a whole new song.
New vocals a lot of new parts added to the song (orchestral opening, 1 verse, bridge, wow yeah part, 3 more parts choruses) MW is like a total new song for me even if I heard its first verse, chorus and ending with ayu's raw vocals on GUILTY as Mirror (and MW ended up being a masterpiece). Therfore I think it still has a high chance to be on the next album. XD

I wished A Complete contained all the PVs of the 43 songs but the DVD content is fine. I really look forward to watching the performances.

If A COMPLETE ended up containing every PV... oi. I don't think many people would've purchased that. Mainly because it'd cost over $100USD, resulting in really.. awkward sales. I mean just look at hitomi's peace. The limited edition 3CD+2DVD cost like 100 bucks, and less than 20,000 copies were sold for the entire collection.. [granted though that hitomi is a lot less popular than Ayu.. but it's still a lot of money lol.]

Well probly avex can release a 3CD+2DVD version as well ... Just like kuu... CD+2DVD, CD+DVD, and CD only..

Anywayz.. I guess for those people who want other A-sides in the single (including myself) because it will feel more like a complete collection. Like I said before. I have most albums (except I am... and A Song for xx) and I have both A BESTs. If I'm going to buy it, it will be just a collection anywayz (I doubt i will even open the cd... since practically I have 95% of ayu songs).

The thing is, when they decide to name this collection as A COMPLETE, I would expect they include ALL A-sides. It's not like I feel a rip off if they just put 40 songs there. I just feel INCOMPLETE because they omit those important songs. It's true that Trauma, too late, End roll, July 1st, HANABI, Greatful Days, HANABI~episode II~, is this LOVE?, Pride, Born to be.., etc. are not the first track of their respective singles. Nevertheless they are named as A-sides as well. They're being promoted on music shows like MS, HEY!, etc. They are important in ayu's discography. I feel like they're being kicked off to somewhere else. That makes me feel sad.

Oh well.... ahh should I buy this one??? gosh probly I should preorder it at cdjapan... If I dun want it in the end I can just cancel the order. On the other hand, if I want it in the end but I don't order it in the beginning, I might not have first press in the end... ...

For the sake of ayu's 1 million, i'll forgive the fact that this release has nada PVs. Affordable, nostalgic, this release is a must have for all past and present ayu fans! Erm, i find the 1 or 2 DVD thing rather gimmicky. When KK came out with that for Black Cherry, i thought it was quite eye-roll worthy. Nice thought though, if all the PVs can fit in 1 DVD where blu-ray was mentioned somewhere. The DVD would probably be around 5000yen, throw in 3 CDs for 3000yen and the product is 8000yen.. Kinda pricey.

Bluegie, just order it. I feel it's more regrettable for a 'it was' situation than a 'replace' situation.

I'd say order it.
Specially if you care about the DVD content and Who... 10th (Anniversary Version).
If not it's still good for the first press photobook and well the tracks will be kind of more clear because of the remastering.

I think it will also will be fun lisening to the CDs to hear slowly how ayu evolved in her music until now and the voice change and all.
It might lack some songs (that were already on A BEST and A BEST 2 as well) but it still have a good collection having all the main and first A-sides of the singles.

i hope the covers will not be like a close up for CD+DVD cover and a wide shot for CD only cover. We have seen that for glitter/fated, talkin' 2 myself and GUILTY..

something like ayu-mi-x 4 is the best. 2 different looks but its the same theme..

I think the photobook will be Guilty/(m)u size, something that can easily fit in with the album. I would like something like Bold & Delicious style. 2 very different poses but both quite striking.

Well I finally ordered it. I dun wanna regret later on. If I dun want it in the end, I can always cancel the order a week before cdjapan ships it to me. But if I want it and I dun get the first press, I think I will hitting my chest so hard that I will spit lots of blood in the end.

I dun really know if the dvd is that attractive.. And I dun even know if I will open this cd. In my mind, I treat this as a collection (just like my 2 Mirrorcle World CDs ).

hum, well I´m thinking of buying it for 2 reasons:

1. I´m relatively new to Ayu, and I know very little of her pre-2004 discography, so it´ll be a great chance to explore her entire discography in only 3 CDs (but I agree that they should´ve included the double A-Sides... for me, some double A-Sides of Ayu are imprescindible, like alterna or is this love? but whatever xD).

2. Since the euro is so strong, and yesasia sells in dollars, I´ll get it for only 25 euros more or less MUAHAHAHAHHAA.

For the covers, they´ll better be spectacular. I want lots of money on them and Ayu the prettiest as possible. And I hope the paper of the photobook/booklet is ultra glossy and good quality, like Utada´s single collection.

RAINBOW (track 00) and RAINBOW on A BALLADS don't really count, since the former was an earlier arrangement.

me too, as it would be a nice exclusive to this release, but then again M was on both I am.. and A BEST.

As for YesAsia.com they do have the First press edition. I pre-ordered both GUILTY and MW and got both as First Press editions from YesAsia. Plus the good thing is you can get it for 32 euros (+ FREE SHIPPING) while CDJapan sells it for 27 euros + 7 euros for Air Mail= 34. On the other hand YesAsia didn't mention the lottery this time, so I am not sure if they'll be giving away any extras.

I think cdjapan is pretty safe. If it is stated as first press, it WILL be first press otherwise they will say there's no more stock. I suggest you open it REALLY carefully so as not to rip the plastic jacket, watch the DVD once and place it back. It would be a waste to spend so much and not have any new uses for the product. Just my opinion

For the new album, why don't they just call it 'cle world with the orchestral opening and additional verses, bridge etc. After all, no song has been repeated on an original studio album and no a-side has not been featured in any album. Best of both worlds!

The DVD might surprise you

Good choice! If you will regret it just cancel it.
If you ordered from CDJapan (or even yesasia) until now you'll surely get the first pess.
You might have open the CD 'cause maybe they will stuck the photobook inside its plastic wrap

I personally never buy things for collection purposes not any artists' and even not ayu's (I don't buy singles) but I buy all of the albums and DVDs becaues I love them and using them (yeah I actually like to listen through the CDs themselves and not just download).

But A COMPLETE is really a must get for me for some reason. I still lack ASfXX, I am..., RAINBOW and Ma but I will get them later too.
I still want A COMPLETE both for the CDs and the DVD (and the first press).

there was a time I didn't care for singles either xD but I started collecting them slowly. I am getting this because of the extras (DVD & the booklet), and because its something nice to add to my Ayu collection.
