^That's lousy service. I've never had that happen before. However, one time with YA an item I'd ordered wasn't available and took the total of my order below free shipping, but they still didn't charge me anything for the shipping which was nice of them.

^I've had many of my YA orders shipped from right here in my own city. Other times mine do come from HK and take like forever to get here.

I just saw that YA gave me a Tracking code for my boxset, does that mean they upgraded it to express shipping for free?
(altough that won´t change much because no planes can come to my country anyways atm XD)
Also the tracking page says "the items got collected", does that mean that is has been send out ye? (because I got shipping notice from Ya on 15th and the Collect message is from today o.o)

My shipping method on Ya still says Standart, but shipping agent is DHL instead of Deutsche Post and i got that tracking code which I never got before XD (only got one with EMS shipping at YesStyle)

^One time i had customs hold 2 posters i ordered for 3 whole weeks.

^In Canada, I've had customs hold absolutely anything. Even had a large parcel containing a bunch of Sailormoon DVDs held for a few weeks when they were only sent by regular airmail.

We are deeply sorry to inform you that we have to cancel your pending pre-order Rock N Roll Circus Special Limited Box Set [CD+DVD Limited Edition](#18527480), as our supplier just informed us that there has been a shortage of supply due to the large production cut from the manufacturer.

We fully understand that you are disappointed and I can only assure you,
that we did all we could to get this item you ordered from an alternative source. Unfortunately we did not succeed.

On the other hand we do have some good news because we were able to get our hands on some exclusive merchandising products (posters, stickers). We will be giving out these exclusive merchandise for free to customers who would like to switch to the Regular Edition or the Hong Kong Edition.

Please accept our sincere apology for all the inconvenience caused and in case
that you already pre-paid the item, I would like to ask you to reply to
this e-mail and inform if you prefer the refund to your bank or PayPal
account, or as a store credit.

wow.they have the gifts to be given out?
this is nice but well,they should've close the pre-order as soon as possible.they are accepting the orders for weeks
this is why they couldn't get enough boxset for everyone
