I do kinda agree; she's been in a very safe rut tbh with the R&B ballads & gyaru style & what not... but well about the fans I think she still has quite a mass appeal; to LOVE had like phenomenal sales most likely due to the interest of the general public.

One thing with this is that I guess the casual listener wouldn't spend money on buying singles, which probably explains why "if" wasn't as "whoa" as to LOVE

I downloaded a Music Fair episode from February with Kana and as typical there, the guests did a song together.... LEONA LEWIS x Kana x alan and this one singer named miwa. They performed Cindy Lauper's True Colors and it was crazy good. Kana's English was excellent.

I find it funny that her profiles say she's been to the US a lot and studies English, yet she still got some good Engrish.

Well, her English is improving. If you listen to I and then candy you'll notice XD in I she says Darring.

It's not that she can't pronounce it, she pronounces english just fine. It's just that it doesn't really make any sense.
