For those of you who already got the Blu-ray discs, I have a quick question. Does your TV have to be very big to tell the HD difference? I recently ordered a Blu-ray player as well as the CDL Blu-ray disc, but the thing is my LED TV is only 32 inch. Dunno if it's too small to tell the difference?!

Also another question, given that you can also play DVDs on Blu-ray players, do Blu-ray players lock you to a specific region the first time you play a DVD?

A Blu-Ray player do play DVD as well. And according to the region in which you bought your player, it's locked to your specific region code (normally, but there are free-region players as well).

ANd for the quality, i don't know, i don't have this problem^^

The quality might depend on the TV. The TV in our living room at home seems to give out better quality than the one I have in my room. Also, I think it also depends on if you get a plasma or an LED TV. I'm pretty sure most people think LED is better. I think, anyway. I'm not the most tech savvy in the world (I know a bit but I'll keep my day job )

As Heavenly said, yeah your locked into a region. But as long as the dvd's you're playing are of your region it should work just fine. Luckily for the Blu Rays, though, Ayu's ones are region free
