Looking at the photos again they're quite shocking, I'm surprised an electric toothbrush doesn't come with the limited edition box.

OK so at first I was like WTF AM I WATCHINGG?! (Shake It PV) but then...halfway through, I realized...she is having fun. And Timmy is her hag. While I do wish he were in the background a bit more, maybe ayu needs him right now. she DID just go through a divorce.

Part of me feels like the Timmy overload is due to her maybe being lonely because of the divorce but the other part of me thinks ayu is a professional and maybe uses Timmy as a "prop" for this album. I don't really complain about Timmy because I like his songs and I think his male voice complements ayu well but I really hope he is nowhere near her future projects vocally, visually or on the stage.

I would be quite ashamed if there was a truck with a huge picture of me in underwears on it driving through the city LOL.
It would've been better if they chose one of the other covers, now I'm scared some people might think she didn't find anything else than showing her butt to sell the album.

As for timmy.. i wouldn't mind him composing more stuff.. i like his music... as long as it is not jazz... -.-
But I wouldn't mind him disappearing from her scene either.. lol

But I think I tend to agree, they seem to be really good friends right now and she needs that with her going through her divorce and everything.
The girl is still writing songs about mannie she still loves him, she just might not be in love with him in more. (or their careers are going in two separate directions and its just to hard to be married at the moment.)

Lol. The picture wasn't even done for the album obviously, it was just supposed to be used in the Life Style book, but whatever. No matter if you're a model or not, I don't know how you can be proud of yourself when your ass is shown to an entire city 24/7.
But don't take me for a hater, I love her and I will always support her, I just don't like this cover and the whole "sad party queen" concept, especially since the booklet pictures seem to be the exact same thing...

Maybe in the booklet she's a Party queen for like the first 3 pages, and then slowly turns into a sad girl or something XD. I can see the booklet ending with HBYA covers (all beautiful and classy).

i imagine it is a bit intimidating having a picture of yourself in underwear (in that pose as well) blown up on a big truck for everybody to see. it is larger than life! but hey, if ayu is comfortable with this, more power to her.

i just thought something like that would be beneath her to be honest...
do love her music, but all the photo material on cover and booklet of the album is just utterly confusing. her concept of a sad queen isn't really clear to me.

For once, I agree with you. Ayu's a model and a musician. I don't think she minds in the least.

also, does anyone have a better version of NaNaNa without Tim? i dled the ~ayu is all~ one in the fanworks section here but it's really choppy.

I made a version here (just removed Timmy's vocals, there's an instrumental break instead).

I like what you did with the begin of the track, but I don't like that the 'vocal remover' effect is so obvious during Timmy's part. Can't blame u for that, it's very hard to remove his vocals.

I wonder when the lyrics for NaNaNa come out btw. Curious to know what the first line is ayu sings. (the heavily auto tuned part)

I wouldn't mind if Timmy replaced BOTH Peco and Princess...I hate them. LOL so for concerts that would be cool, but I want him to cool it a bit with him being on her studio tracks and PVs :/
