Because a lot of kuu fans became to know kuu since BEST ~second session~-Black Cherry-Kingdom, that's why.

The best part about kuu is affection~BEST ~first things~, even though ~second session~ is probably her best, but her style pre second session was my favorite and the most awesome since her first single. SHAKE IT is one of the best and I loved it since the first I heard it. And I love kuu since real Emotion/1000nokotoba single (just that knowing about Japanese stuff and getting japanese music was a pain at the time and I just got to know about kuu/Japanese music).

I don't know if counts as slutty, but my favorite is Crazy 4 U. The PV's dance scene gives me life! She looks so sexy and cool. SHAKE IT is also one of my favorites, I remember that google used to have an image of Kumi doing the SHAKE IT performance at First Class Live as one of the first images that pop up when you searched her name, and I was so into that, trying to find where was that. haha

One of the best versions of Ima sugu hoshii is that "cassino" remix for the Second Session Tour, it's soooo great, and the performance is so fun with the fan going crazy. I wish we could have the studio version (it actually has one, on the making of we got a little part of the song).

it's my favorite too. I love all the performances for this song, the last one being at Premium Night. the bridge is the best part and the wiggle dance

feel my mind totally deserved a tour, it's RnB perfection.

In my opinion BEST~first things~ is timeless. There isn't anything I dislike about it.

ditto, and most stuff prior. Even the cute songs (Chase, Hearty...) were the best. The music style might have fitted these times but I still dig first things and most songs that were released before it.

LOVE the rap in Ima Sugu Hoshii!

I want to like Shake It so much more than I do. I'm just not a fan of the mash up in the middle! Feels so out of place

I still remember the reactions on some Kumi forums I used to go to when the PV came out and everyone saw the choreography! Folk were not happy lol!

I LOVE SHAKE IT! This song is sooo good. But I don't like the pv that much, it's super sexy, but other than that it's kinda boring...

Crazy 4 U is awesome, I specially like the dance version of the pv

I also feel it is worth mentioning that the rap section in Under is just as wonderful!

Under is fiiiiire, I remember Kingdom was about to come out when I discovered Kuu and Under was one of the songs that made crazy over her.

Talking on laid back sexy songs: Get It On is the supreme one, it's almost a supernatural experience listening to it

So sad that she ended up not doing the promo that was planned to Kingdom era, she was going to perform Under on TV. Such a great song.

I thought Under was a bore at first cause I was crazing something as upbeat as Get Up & Move!! and Love Goes Like... but now, it's great. It has it's own uniqueness about it.

What about This Is Not A Love Song? I adore that one. It has such a nice beat to it. I love the stuttering mandolin or whatever they used for the track. I kind of remember people being disappointed it wasn't a fucking ballad though. Lol.

I just started to like This Is Not A Love Song. I've always said Trick is my least favorite Kuu album. When it came out it really just underwhelmed me and never grew on me. But, I initially was disappointed with Walk of My Life, but it grew on me immensely, so I have been giving old Kuu tracks I had written off a second try. Still hate Stay With Me.

TRICK as an album is horrid. But, it has some of my favorite, including my ULTIMATE favorite, Kumi song's. Driving, This Is Not A Love Song, Show girl, and TABOO are the only good tracks. The rest of the album is disposable.

But seriously, This Is Not A Love Song is genius. It's so unique amongst her discography but sounds so well planned out. I love the techniques they used and how they were able to just make everything work together. They layers are fantastic. (There are portions where it's a bit chaotic and noisy, like the ending, but overall, I have much respect for this song and the producer/arranger).

I also love the way her voice dances around in it. The verses are so fun. And when she begins calling, almost chanting, before the chorus. I love it.

add just the way you are, and hurry up into that list. those six songs to me are just amazing, the rest of the album is whatever.

and as much as I like This Is Not A Love Song, I find myself listening to the original version more than Kumi's.

I wonder if Summer of Love can outsell WOML. It doesn't seem to be marketed as a proper BEST album like Ayu's A Summer Best was. More of a side project like Beach Mix. Curious to see if she promotes this on TV at all.
