Also since Oricon didn't write anything about ALARM , I assume it didn't (re)chart on Top 10
Finally is now the best selling album of 2017 👍🏼

Well I think I just screwed myself. I registered my d-point card and when it gave me the link to tickebo, it goes straight to a registration page for japan only residents unable to choose country or switch out some things like prefecture. So I create a tickebo account through their english page, then I link the two accounts in my d-point account page, but now theres nothing there and whenever I try to log in to tickebo it says 404 error.....

Guess I am just going to have to pray for not so robbery prices for resale tickets on ticketcamp....

*edit*

It looks like for some reason my tickebo account got deleted, possibly after I decided to link it to my dpoint account. So I can remake it, but is there some sort of correct way to register for the lottery?

Finally 2nd week sales - 321,956

Total 2 week sales - 1,435,247

Also ALARM actually was in Oricon last week at #149 . This week , it's at #14

http://tieba.baidu.com/p/5444510302?pn=2

Not so sure if ALARM has another shot in getting Top 10 but I think Finally can stay at #1 for another week until next week

I would be very wary of trying to get tickets from third party sellers for this concert.

I've never seen them make you specify who will be accompanying you to the concert this far in advance and there are warnings all over the place about name changes not being allowed under any circumstances and that they will check your passport, ID, etc against your ticket when you enter the venue.

Guess we'll see how serious they are when the first shows start in February...

Worst case scenario is if Dimension Point decides to utilise facial-scanning technology at the Dome venues but with it being a Dome tour , I doubt so as it will take a very long time to clear security but you never know

ARASHI (not sure for their current Dome tour) , B'z , Mr.Children are some of the artistes that have done this as tickets to their concerts are so hard to get and for Johnnys' concerts , you only can attend if you're in their fanclub

But yet even fanclub members at times are not able to get tickets themselves

They only seem to request whos accompanying you if you request more than 2 tickets, which seems to be their way of weeding out resellers. If you request 2 tickets it should be fine, I'm more worried that I seem to have messed up the registration and possibly forfeited my chance to enter the lottery.....

^ No, even for two tickets you have to specify and they must also have a ticketboard account already.

OH NO. I just realized that my name for fanspace/ticketboard is written in hiragana, but my name on both my passport and zairyu card is written in English. I hope that won't give me problems.

Isn’t Finally then the best selling album of the year around the whole world? At least by physical sales? Or then a good second after Taylor Swift’s reputation, which of course has iTunes sales as well.

I was fearing that would be the case I guess back to the resellers I go. Every time I think about not seeing her for the last time I am not alright with that...WHY DO YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH HELL AND HIGH WATER JUST TO SEE THIS GIRL,IT'S ACTUALLY DISHEARTENING

I think people are probably overthinking a bit.

Number 1, I've bought Namie tickets from resale shops or Yahoo auctions many times and I am obviously not Japanese and obviously do not match the kanji name that is on the ticket.

Number 2, even if the person checking your ticket knows it's not yours, most Japanese will be too scared because of the language barrier to even attempt to bring it up; it's much easier for them to just wave you through.

My fanspace account was registered in Japan and I was unable to even put hiragana or katakana for my name and had to make my own makeshift Kanji name that would phonetically come close to matching mine. It's six characters and looks ridiculous, lol; never once got questioned at venue, asked to see my passport, et cetera.

Do you input the kanji in the field that says phonetic? I'm still trying to figure out how to make my tickebo account. I'm not sure how other U.S. fanclub members made theirs, but I am only able to get to the Japan registration page after I made my d-point account.

I'm definitely overthinking, lol.
Because of the hype over how the lottery became more strict this time. They've never written they were going to check names in the rules before, I think.

I used katakana in the phonetic field.

I was wondering how well Finally did versus other recent album releases but I couldn't see it charting on the Official World Charts.

Sheeran is at 900k in the US only. It's way over 3 million ww.

So it looks like my emergency was a false alarm and I was just being a moron. I didn't realize if I logged in through fanspace then their link for tickebo, I can just apply for the lottery there.

As for the e-mail registration of attending guests discussion, its hard to say. I wish there was someone who experienced using tickebo.jp before, that way we know if attending guests have to always put in their e-mail address, hence we would know if change of guests can just transfer the tickets. I know they are doing this to prevent the abuse of resale, but how can they completely remove the option of resale? Things happen, sometimes something serious comes up, people can't make an event, and they have to resell or give to a friend or the ticket goes to waste. Would security be so enforced that they would rather let a seat go to waste than have a guaranteed attendant to enjoy the show?

^ well yes, guests always needed to put in their email address. The only difference is that in the past you didn't need to put in the guest's email address until you were ready to download the ticket. ( a friend went with me to LIVE GENIC tour) unfortunately this tour is a special case where they changed procedure.

We still don't know if they will implement a resell system like at the Okinawa lives.

And yeah, it is silly if they would enforce in that situation, especially with the amount of people attending. It seems like a lot of work.

^ I get the feeling that security check will be the same. As you said, it would be a lot of work and its a dome event. To do a secure check of all the attendees, the 2 hour window between opening doors and the start of the concert wouldn't be enough time no matter how many entry points or ticket checkers they have. Also, the tickebo warnings of resale and ID check with drivers license or passport seems to be listed for every past Namie event on tickebo, so it seems to be an illusion of heightened security while it is pretty standard. And lastly, thank you for the information about your LIVE GENIC tickets. With that being said, my e-mail address was never registered for my LIVE STYLE 2016-2017 tickets. A mutual friend bought me and my friend our tickets through resale on ticketcamp. He just forwarded the QR codes to my friend. He may have registered my friend's e-mail address when he downloaded the tickets, but he didn't know my e-mail address and I went through with no problems when I checked in my ticket. They also never asked for ID, they just scanned my QR code and it was fine. I think it will be okay.
