If decision will enter the next album it still a b-side. Will was a b-side, it was the secondary song ayu didn't sing it to promote the single and it's was an official b-side and it entered the album (so if decision will be in the album) unless if ayu will use that song to promote the single or if they indicate it's a double a-side.
(futari de... of kumi had a PV and it is a b-side so PV doesn't mean it's an a-side as well).
So until further promotion with it or if they indicate it's a double a-side single, decision is a b-side. I suppose that talkin' 2 myself it's the only main (a-side) song of this single.

Futari de.. is really an A-side since it's included in the single title. It'd be completely pointless to include it in the album since Yume no Uta was already there imo.
