That's what I thought as well.
It's not your usual BEST album and therefore I think that the sales won't be high as people expect because it looks like it's like one of those box sets which sell like DVDs.

If it will sell like a normal album/compilation album then it will be amazing.

Well, the people who release the boxsets that sell like DVDs are usually the artists who have never hit the #1 spot [or don't hit it nowadays] and are putting it out because of some sort of celebration or something..

See: day after tomorrow complete box, DO THE BOX, hitomi's PEACE, ZARD's complete singles box, etc etc.

We've never seen something like this coming from an artist as high up as Ayu [currently.]

I think it counts as a compilation, but not a best, since everything's so random. Singles + unreleased tracks? Might as well create an unreleased-track album and stick the DVD on.

It could be true.

One's all / claim would have the Morinaga BAKE tie in once again as well as music.jp and a LUMIX tie-in.. though there's no support for it.

I'm not sure if I would buy this best single collection. I practically have every single song, and I dun really know if this one is worthy..

Now I dun have idea why would she released A BEST 2 last year...

(probly I will buy it in the end anywayz... since it's another 10th anniversary collection item. but at the same time I kinda feel it's a rip off..)

It's not really a ripoff considering all the "new" stuff she's offering us. [a-nation / TeamAyu live / special premium photobook]

The TeamAyu extras for this is a special 10th anniversary sticker [as is the mu-mo exclusive] and TA members also get a mini tote bag that says "WE LOVE AYU" along with their purchase.

Is there actually any proof for this? The 4,800 yen tag pretty much killed this for me. I can't imagine any Japanese record company releasing a 3CD + dvd set that cheap. Plus the image looks totally fan made.

It's not currently shown on the TeamAyu website either, but the CDJapan pre-order page is still up. But right now it seems that the CDJapan ordering page & this thread are the only evidence of this release at the moment. And it WAS at mu-mo, but now it isn't.

So I dunno. Seems real, but like they decided it was announced too soon & pulled the page.

Apparently they had a huge special page for the collection as well.

It's probable that they're going to wait a few more days. Seeing as how a TON of avex releases were announced this week.. they might wait a few more days.
