Same here. Go to Perez Hilton, Daily Mail, etc and you'll find similar comments about Beyonce, Britney Spears, Madonna, etc..it doesn't mean they have, haven't or need America or Europe's "respect".

Because at some point it might be better for her if people actually liked her? Is it really that hard to understand why some fans might want her to be respected?

Regardless, I don't want her to be some automaton, and I actually dislike Japanese culture in ways I won't even go into here. I don't want Ayu to conform at all (she already conforms too much for me), but I don't think that's the only reason they don't like her.

I really don't want her to be cheap though. A lot of things she's done in the past few years...yeah.

And now...a "tell all"? I guess she has her reasons. Whatever Ayu. Just make the pictures pretty and hopefully it'll be insightful.

I don't think a plain song title can make people disrespect her, i mean come on, cheesy/cheap/awful song titles are basically EVERYWHERE in Japan, they're used to that already, i'm even sure they like those.

i personally love the photoshoots she's been doing latelly, but i am getting tired of the cute/lovelly image she's portraying, so this is like a fresh breath of air. It is nothing overly special, but i hadn't seen this strong face and glance in ages in her pics which makes it kinda special for me haha~
