I always found Passion a little awkward in flow and progression. The arrangement is good, as usual, but the melody, not my favorite. Also due in part to the fact that the PlanitB remix of Simple and Clean was my obsession, so anything that had to serve as a sequel was almost certainly doomed from my point of view. I really dislike how she holds the the vowels/syllables to drag out the words. For me it sounds makes the lyrics and melody sound really short, lazy, and unfulfilling. I find Take 5 much easier to stomach, and the progression for me is a little smoother. It's just so magical and dreamy/hallucinogenic sounding.

On the topic of Passion....I wish she made a version that had all those parts in one track. Like Sanctuary had that ~my heart's a battleground~ section but Passion didn't and Sanctuary was missing Passion's bridge before she starts to ad-lib to the end...I wish she combined them for a full track TBQH

I think passion does have that "my heart's a battleground" jazz.
Its the KH version, specifically "passion -opening version"

Someone merge both versions a long time ago (the time when KH soundtrack came out?). I like the merged version more than the original .

And for me, I never extremely like Take 5. It takes me like almost 2 years to like that song. I like something more soothing, like HS.

I think Passion is my favourite song by her, but Goodbye Happiness comes close. I find that song such a masterpiece, it has a deep melancholic feeling behind it that makes the song even more amazing

Passion all the way! Although it's actually my second favourite song from her behind Sakura Drops. I remember being obsessed with Passion in a way I'd never been with any other song when it came out.

Someone did make a mix, including the orchestral version of Passion, called the Never Ending Story Remix or something like that.

It's a good song, especially that little serene piano solo part. I always forget about it and then right before it comes I remember and just close my eyes to it.

Passion is a great song. I love it because I can relate to it quite well. Song also makes me want to play some KH2 the moment I hear it. x3 Aw, that game is so amazing♥
