Looks more like gaeun or Lizzy if you ask me but gaeun doesn't make much sense if it's a solo. Doesn't look like Nana to me though

So, they revealed today that it was Kaeun, and the title is カウンソロのOO公開D-2 (Kaeun OO's solo revelation)

Don't know what a "OO" is supposed to be, it could be a single, a CM, some kind of food, anything
