They would mention in the description if it's sold out right? Which means, at YA they still have the first press?

I wonder why there's no HQ BALLAD PV available for download yet... you were's came out really soon after!! Hopefully we'll get one soon.

That's because BALLAD was only shown on streaming sites (yahoo.jp), and not yet on TV. We'll have to wait for a broadcast on TV to have an HQ and an HD version of the PV.
