I haven't watched everything, but I would recommend:

1 Pound no Fukuin (my first ever Meisa drama, just hilarious)
Ninkyo Helper (pretty famous, I liked it but not my favorite but most people enjoyed it a lot)
Jiu
Shiawase ni Narou yo (♥)

And I would add Black President that's currently airing, I'm still in the process of watching, but it's really good so far.

As for movies, I've seen a few but I don't remember any... except Subaru which was really good! I would add Tada, Kimi o Aishiteru but she's not one of the main characters.

I saw Dance Subaru and was cool, I liked a lot! And BoA, Go Ara, DBSK, Kumi <3 All were surprise for me hahaha

I think she gave up and is focusing purely on movies/dramas. She hasn't released anything at all ever since the marriage. It's so unfortunate too because UNLOCKED was a really fun album, and Wired Life was one of the best songs ever.

I wholeheartedly disagree. Her music was really fun to listen to. Yeah, her voice isn't the best but it was tolerable. Still waiting for the day we get another Wired Life or 5-FIVE- but at this point I've already given up. Glad her acting career is still going strong though.

well we can agree to disagree. I didn't say it's bad i said it's not very memorable. maybe because i listen to a whole different side of the music spectrum and i look for different qualities in it. It sounded like everything else out there in Japan that's on the wave, to me. That's why it never left any strong impression on me. *shrugs*

Yeah I actually feel her music is not bad even though vocal wise , she's alright

Just that for most people , they 1st see her as an actress & model . I myself too as I 1st knew her as 1 when I watched One Pound Gospel back then

I think all the while music's something that she does on a sideline and after she released UNLOCKED , her focus have been more on endorsement deals , acting on TV , starring in movies & most recently starring in a butai

I definitely hope she will release some new music in future but I'm not so positive about it but you never know

She doesn't have the best vocals ever but her music is amazing to work out to. Her second album is way better than the first one though.
