I think I'll start enjoying Terrence Loves You once I listen to it a few more times, the same happened with Shades of Cool.

I have no real opinion on Terrence Loves You (is also found on Spotify btw) but I don't hate it. I think it will grow on me once I listen to it more.
![]() As for the album cover, I love it. It's colorful and it reminds me of Born To Die/Paradise covers quite a lot. ![]() |

Music to Watch Boys to is out. There's going to be a music video for it soon, according to Lana on her Instagram.
https://vid.me/Pi9A I love it. |

I'm loving how cinematic it sounds. The Freak snippet also sounds amazing!

^ if that is true, then I am really surprised that you still come check this thread with hope. The release of Ride has been ages ago.

I really love Lana's aesthetic, and she's had a few good songs here and there for movie soundtracks. The song she did with The Weeknd recently was good too. I'll still check out Honeymoon but like idk her music just hasn't captivated me as of recent.

Freak sounds promising but ''Music To Boys Watch to'' is not good at all.
I hope for good melodies but I know there will be bad songs too, I don't expect Born To Die/Paradise style of songs, so bad for her. Ultraviolence was good but have boring songs too. |

Lana Del Rey shared Salvatore the other day:
You can listen to it here: http://pitchfork.com/news/61207-lana...res-salvatore/ It is very... interesting |

Really digging it.
I love Music to watch boys to, too. Though I wish they didn't open with the chorus.

Maybe the blackest day will be the best thing she's released in a long time

The album's already leaked in pretty good quality (not the in-store recorded version earlier). The Blackest Day is very good, but my fave is Art Deco hands down.

I gave the album snippets a listen from iTunes
Like... I'll put the album on when I need to go to bed. It's not as if the songs are boring. They just sound like lullabies. Honeymoon's chorus can put even Dolphins to sleep. Queen of lullabies. |

Bought the itunes. Mostly I enjoy all the songs, in my opinion this album mostly resembles her Paradise album and I mean the side B only. And there surely some influences from Ultraviolence too.
When she said this album gonna be like her debut, Born to die, I was so excited because I anticipated some hip hop infuse or upbeat songs like National Anthem, Lolita and Off to the races. I didn't found the feelings here. The new songs mostly enjoyable. I like God Knows I Try, Art Deco, Salvatore was funny yet she bought it beautifully. Swan Song I thought she gonna pull that vocal range she had like when she sang Shades of Cool, I put my hope to high. The cover song kinda good, it needs some up tempo in chorus so it doesn't sound so bland. And yes. I don't like the album cover. I prefer this: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-OOl-iJ9Ffz...B2015%2B04.jpg Overall 8/10 |
