Yamada Yu asked GACKT how is his granny doing and he laughs it away and answers but namie isn't part of that answer so she probably laughs because of the absurdity of the question like the others XD

And I thought I was in Ayu thread for a second. I guess her hair, what she wears and that thing she's eating reminded me of Ayu shots. That's all.
