To 90% of the videos i go YES! This cannot go very wrong as long as she has a decent storyline/concept for it. Also it's like my wish coming true, i wanted a PV for Last minute so badly! And she's now gonna make one! I also love the fact that she's like "I wanna do it, what do you guys think?" and then "ok i'm gonna call _____" I love how she's like IN CHARGE. I think we can now be sure that while Avex has a say in her career, she is the one making main decisions.

is this LOVE? is still one of my absolute faaaaavorite videos. If she's going to use a director she's worked with previously to do a video for Last minute, I would want it to be him.

I think the PV for this particular song is in VERY good hands with Muto. The PVs on Colours were definitely fun experiments for Ayu and her crew, maybe, but I think even she knows those experiments... kinda... failed. lol

Ayu doing globe covers could be cool, could be disastrous.... It looks from his tweet like TK would want the songs to sound more modern though so my guess is that it would NOT sound like Love songs if she did this lol

But from the sound of it, he wants it and she wants to do it, so I'm thinking we don't have much of a say here in whether or not it happens XD

Kuu's cover albums are some of my favorite albums from her in general.... I think Ayu can at least pull off that type of quality.

I really wish she would have released one back when she covered Yuming's song, Haru yo, Koi.

Ayu and Keiko have/had very similar singing styles. I'd totally be up for some globe covers.

Still growin up, Many classic moments, Perfume of love would be awesome. Departures is a bit over done imo. But I wouldn't be against it haha.

That being said... Would Timmy be the Mark parts?... That could potentially ruin it for me.

Today's the anniversary of when her grandmother died (the anniversary of when she recorded FRIEND and poker face)... I wish I could remember the source of that info so I could link you guys, but I do remember coming across that information.

When ayu was small, instead of her mother, her grandmother took care of the meals. Also lived in Tokyo, same as Ayu’s mother. Died in February 1998 (during the time of recording “poker face”)

Satisfied with the direction of her debut, Ayu returned to recording. During the midst of it all, however, she received urgent news that her grandmother was ill in the hospital. Ayu went to visit momentarily but announced she had to go attend to her career for a day further. She later received a fax stating that her grandmother had died during the recording of her debut single.

I think Iv also read somewhere in the past that it was her grandmother and avex that pushed her back into the recording booth that day

This was my first love for a cover. Most of her covers are meh songs (Like B tacks only songs) but this was a beautiful song, sung by ayu. I would love just to be able to find an active download of a HQ versions of that live

I was referring to the specific date, not the fact that they were the same day. THAT is indeed a widely known fact, just not the February 6th part.
