I don't think she's trying to be cool at all..

It just seems like she's tired of simply having a NOUN or a VERB title. Personally, I think that the general fan reaction would stay the same even if she did go back to the Duty / I am... style.

I think she's aware of this, and she's probably much happier as a person now than in 2000/2001, you know? So the material probably reflects that change in emotion / outlook on life.

If "decision" has an instrumental = Will be included in the upcoming album.
"decision" has no instrumental = Will stay a B-side/single-only song (like Two of Us, ever free, theme of a-nation '03).
At least it has been like this until now. When it comes to ayu, instrumentals usually define if a song will be on an album or not. We just have to wait until an official tracklist will be out.

Well there's a reason why Futari de... is included in the title (It's an A-side). But decision is a B-side.
