Okay, Seriously...

I thought Prince was going to speak too, looks like he might have but he kind shook his head and then when Paris began to cry they rushed off stage. So maybe he wanted to say something but couldn't, or couldn't bring himself to.

I skipped the memorial service. I knew it was going to be sad and I did not want to watch it. I'm still heartbroken about him so I knew I wouldn't be able to watch it without getting a headache from all the crying. Heard there were some sticky spots but overall a great service.

I just watched the memorial service late night (in my place).
It was very touching and sad... everyone gives a huge respect to MJ.

I love the part were Brooke Shields speaks.

I just started to cry when they sung We Are The World, even more when it was Heal The World (where I was pretty annoyed too though), and when Paris came on the scene.. I just couldn't stop again

But really, AM I the only one who was pretty annoyed over his children just chewing gum? Even while they should sin instead?

Should sin instead? Huh? Chewing gum is a good way to stop crying. My parents gave it to me when I was younger at my uncle's funeral. I couldn't stop crying and it was rude to cry at the funeral so they gave me gum and it worked. It helps in the holding back.

Okay I really AM the only one that thinks it isn't okay XD

This was written on a Danish news site just 6 months before his death! At January 7. Wierd > .<

I wouldn't be suprised if the gum was also to keep him quiet and occupied -- he's a little kid, and seriously, sitting still for 2hrs would have been hard for him. Yeah I thought it didn't look good, but I can understand the reasons why.

and Paris is gorgeous! made me cry with her speech.

I cried when Paris spoke, towards the end of the memorial. It was very, very touching. Poor kids of his, lost their father so young.

I don't know if anyone noticed but when they were bringing the casket in Latoya handed him some tissues and he was wiping his eyes really fast.

So...
