No, not everyone has the chaku-uta serial number:

in the official website they are saying it cause if someone wants it they have to joing the FC (a way to make people join TA???):

※ 2 to download at Chaku-Uta ® on customer designated it's required to join 『Team Ayu Ayumi Hamasaki Official fan club』.

and the lyrics sheet will be on 12 of the 400K first press of the album, and you can get it being TA or not... Since CDJ and YA sell Japan version, and they count on oricon... I believe those copies they sell couls also have on of those... not only the ones they sell in Japan... Idk...

This album is FULL of unoriginality. An introduction called THE introduction, a ballad called BALLAD, count down will count down until to the most boring and unoriginal track in the universe, Rock 'n' Roll Circus is the name of an album released only months ago, covers are unoriginal and uninspired images of Ayu's face, need I go on?

^ It is very uninspired/unoriginal sounding, when you think of it that way. :\ I mean, I didn't have a problem at all with BALLAD being "unoriginal", since the only other time I've heard that title is in alan's song.... But then again, alan's didn't come out very long ago. Eh. Oh well.

And boo, I wanted the new song. There's no way my luck would ever let me be one of the twelve to get the lyrics, so... Boo. (Gosh, how I would LOVE to have those lyrics, though!!! It would be my most valued possession...)

But you know what is super intriguing, the album tracks - the few we've heard snipits of or seen PV images of - seem VERY original and inspired.

are you serious? limited edition comes with a serial number that, on a website, lets you download an unreleased song?

and now looking at a larger version of the covers, I didn't notice the stars on her face around the text, and larger versions are making me like the cd only less and less.

It's like, you use your mobile phone, go to the mu-mo download thingie and you enter the serial number in to get your free chaku-uta, I believe.

so the new unreleased song might just be a ringtone?

well, chaku-uta also has "full songs" downloads available... but yes... seems liek they will be only for mobile phones... though I hope someone will upload it like they often do with previews ^^
