Mhm, I'm pretty sure the lip-synched, which always makes me a bit sad. I mean, they can sing and they did these songs sooooo often before, they really should not need to lip-synch them!

Why not? Do you think it'll be Nakai again next year? I think since Arashi are so universally loved by all of Japan, they certainly are the perfect hosts for this event. Matsujun looked amazing tonight. And the way he cheered for AAA was very cute.

Ah, no, no...I'm not saying that it's a bad thing or anything!
 I'm just always a bit worry about Arashi's health. I mean, they always have so much to do and I think that I'll never stop wondering when these people eat and sleep. Of course it's a great thing when they can be hosts for a big and important show like "Kouhaku", but I can't stop thinking that the managment of "Kouhaku" is only using Arashi as cash cows, because...well...Arashi are big in Japan/Asia right now, so their presence at "Kouhaku" brings ratings and even more when they're hosts! But maybe I'm just reading too much into the whole thing...

It's the way things work when you're at your peak in Japan, and Arashi are. I suppose they will slow down in the years to come, but now it would be stupid to not work as much as possible. Cash Cows, hmm, I'm not sure I'd rather think both sides have their profits. For example, Arashi are pretty much the main horse in the Johnnys stable. The money they make is also being used for acts like NYC and the whole company profits if they bring in the money. If it weren't for Arashi, I bet NYC would have never sat any foot in the NHK Hall. It was also that way with the other groups when Arashi weren't that popular, yet. So it is kind of like a circle.

i wouldn't mind arashi being the hosts from now on, but i'd prefer seeing them fully at JE countdown. thanks to kouhaku, they couldn't be at the stadium live. it's always more fun when arashi are actually at the countdown.

 oh aiba, lol.i liked aozora pedal, but the PV is too long, lol. and i don't even want to remember jun's hair extensions....  jidai was a cool PV, but yea, that song is too awesome!

Aozora Pedal ... 1 of my fave singles but yeah the PV's just
 , I never really like PVs that has a drama theme going on :p but yeah MatsuJun's hair was really ~_~It would have been awesome if Suga Shikao 'covered' it since he's the genius that wrote/composed this .__. maybe Aiba doesn't like rainbows & prefer simplicity , that's why he picked To be free ?

haha, i'd be surprised if aiba didn't like rainbows! considering the type of person he is. so fun & crazy!
aozora pedal was for sho's hanakimi movie, so i think that's why there's a "drama" theme. honestly, i never fully understood it, LOL. i thought that girl liked sho and that's it.

my sister's watching this variety show called yajiuma tv & Aiba appeared on the show
he said that he went to Orlando Florida (probably for BARTENDER research work ?) & in a restaurant , he wanted to order clams & he decided to draw it out for the waiter because you know language barrier issues Guess what ? instead of clams , the waiter brought him a plate of green peppers case in point , there definitely must be something in Aiba's drawings which caused the waiter to misunderstood clams as green peppers super ~_~ xD EDIT here's the drawing that Aiba did   yup it looks like nothing to what a clam is like in real life ~_~
