I actually liked the song snippet, but I won't judge yea or neigh until I hear the whole thing. (Or at least I'll try not to)

I also think she needs to go back to longer hair. Or at least the bangs she used to have. I like the short haircut but there's something about the styling of this I just don't like. I can't put my finger on it but there's something about it that just doesn't fit. She herself is adorable but that hairstyle isn't :/

To me it feels like after ayaka came back on the scene from battling health issues , her dress sense changed & not for the better

Before she married Mizushima Hiro , her dress sense was more fun & youthful . Now even after having her 1st child , she looks older than her actual age which's not a good thing

Maeda Atsuko and Ayaka appear at Snoopy movie event



On November 17, the Japan special event for "I LOVE SNOOPY THE PEANUTS MOVIE" was held at Shinagawa Stellar Ball. Ayaka, who sings the ending theme for the movie's Japanese-dubbed version, and Maeda Atsuko, who serves as the movie's special ambassador, appeared at the event.

Maeda made her appearance riding on a gondola. She was greeted by Snoopy with a big hug, then presented director Steve Martino and screenwriter Craig Schulz a flower bouquet.



"I love Snoopy, so I am one of the fans looking forward to the movie's opening," Maeda commented.





Ayaka appeared towards the end of the event and sang "A Song For You" to a piano and harp. After her performance, she said, "It was my first time performing it, so I was nervous..." She also gave the appeal of the film, "I sympathised with the movie's theme, 'Everyone is important to someone.' I hope that it will become a song that will stay by your side when you're sad or discouraged."





"I LOVE SNOOPY THE PEANUTS MOVIE" will open in theatres on December 4.

Ayaka's new song is employed as an ending theme of a movie of "Snoopy"

An ending theme of Japanese edition "I LOVE Snoopy THE PEANUTS MOVIE", which will be released on December 4th, will be Ayaka's new song "A Song For You".

Snoopy is familiar to nearly everyone and loved in the world, and its first CG and 3D movie "I LOVE Snoopy THE PEANUTS MOVIE" will be released. It is a much-talked-about movie. The film company said, "requirements for the ending theme were the beautiful melody that gives people a peaceful mind, having unlimited grace, and lyrics that makes people feel a strong bond and resonates with one another. We believe only Miss. Ayaka could express the world of PEANUTS, which consists of only children, wrapping around the world with gentleness and big heart. So, we offered her."

Ayaka made a comment, "I am very honoured to engage in Snoopy related products, because the character has been loved in the world. The theme of the movie "Minna Dareka no Daiji (everyone is important to somebody)". and my feeling as a mother linked, and with that feeling, I composed the song. I hope "A Song For You" could give some kind of support when somebody important to you feel depressed or lonely." She felt empathy toward the world of the movie and created music only for this movie.

Mizushima Hiro reveals photo of himself holding his baby

On November 26, actor Mizushima Hiro updated his Instagram account with a photo of himself and his daughter. In the photo, the new father sits on the sofa, holding his daughter with a relaxed expression.

It's been awhile since Mizushima uploaded a new photo onto his Instagram account. Fans were very happy to see him, especially with his child. They left comments such as "Such a wonderful father," and "You look very happy."

Besides taking care of his newborn child, Mizushima has been supporting Ayaka's music activities. He will also star in his first overseas drama in the new season of "GIRLS" to broadcast next year.

Agreed. I'm getting a bit too tired of this Ayaka short hair...

I also agree. It also makes me think...where's the pre-2009 Ayaka vibe right now? (Certainly, marrying Hiro Mizushima wasn't in Ayaka's plan when she debuted back a decade ago...)

In all honesty, the song isn't terrible but it's forgettable. Ayaka has a nice voice and the piano is nice. The problem is that it's the same shit as usual and it feels uninspired. She has way better ballads and it's better to forget that this song exists.
Her prime is really over and the last album proved it. I haven't shredded my stan card yet but if her track record as of late is anything to go by, she's going to make ayu look like the queen of reinvention and pushing the envelope.
