U forgot Break It/Get Myself Back? It only sold 58k first week,

And WILD/Dr. didn't sale more than 100k in its 1st week, it's 75,456

so comparing those recent numbers with NAKED/FT/Tempest's 60k 1st week sale, it can't not be the worst sale since FUNKY TOWN single

2007 "Funky Town" 34,292 / 54,000
2008 "60s 70s 80s" 114,719 / 293,000
2009 "Wild / Dr." 75,456 / 119,000
2010 "Break It / Get Myself Back" 58,557 / 85,000
2011 "Naked / Fight Together / Tempest" 60,254 / Still selling

aww, i hope it would reach 100k eventually. but namie's a better album seller so i'm sure her next album will do much better.

Wow, that's really too bad. At least the album sales will inevitably be much better. Maybe everyone realized all three songs will probably be on the album lol. Then again, we all know what happened with the SPEED STAR

I hope not all three are on the next album, I want mostly new songs, not mostly old songs... If they're gonna put some on, I would say Break It!, NAKED, and Tempest.

No offense, but BoA and Namie are different singers with different singing styles. The chorus melody sounds nothing like the one in Tempest, and Namie does not whine. But I do like BoA, I'm not being biased. It's just my opinion.

Have to agree, but tbh I think it's pretty stupid in general to go to a singer's thread and call their singing 'whining'. Looking for drama much?

Anyway, I don't see any similarity. I like BoA's music, and I love Namie's music, but as ハート〜ブレーカ♥ said, they're two very different singers.

Single sales are okay, they're not bad at all. I was a little surprised by them too though, mostly because I really like this single and think it deserves more.

@Rocky Raven Unless it surpasses Break It/Get Myself Back sales, it will be her worst-selling single since 2007.
P.S. And since it's still selling (can't believe that had been released like 2 weeks ago), yes, it's very likely that it will surpass 80k.

It would be a shame, if won't.
