The song is great. Not her vocals nor the lyrics. i hope it's in full japanese though. LOL but i must admit it, after listening to it like 30minutes ago, its still stuck on my head now specially the "lalalala" part!! hahaha Perhaps its catchiness will get me. Like how You and Me did to me. I hated it at first but I was almost in tears and jumping when I saw it live!

but well, the fact that the song differs a lot from the entire album still being true (even now that i know that the original version was included, no surprise it was the last track of it...)

^ Yeah, the version in the album is the original version of You & Me... Though I do agree the classical version would fit a lot better.

Me too! I still think they have a lot to edit on that song to make it work, but it's for sure very catchy already, it's stuck in my head

IMO the original version closes the album concept beautifully... The album starts with her falling in love in the summer, and them breaking up, and them recovering from the break up, and them falling in love again during the summer, so, it's a never ending cycle of loving again and again.

the song is catchy! sounds so eurobeat but at the same time sounds retro i hope they will edit the arrangement though, and hm maybe im excited if it would in full english but then im afraid about ayu's prononciation for certain words, so im ok if its half japanese half english

Using the classical version wouldn't change the cycle idea so much, it's still the same song... But I get your point, the more up-beat sound of the original You & Me version, alongside with the song's meaning, fits the up-beat sound of Wake me up in the begging of the album, therefore this whole cycle idea gets more outstanding (if that wasn't what you meant though, then I'm sorry, I must have misinterpreted your point ^^")...
But, anyway, I still think the classical version would fit the album better, because its arrangements would fit better the arrangements of the other songs at the end of the album, my opinion of course

we were talking about sonority, not concept. because either way the concept would fit, but the sonority would fit better with the classical version, got it? not that it was a bad choice, but IMO it would have been better to pick up the classical version...

Umm I don't think ayu will perform there (unless she joins and will be one of the "and more..." but what does the first box means? ayu's in the first box (not the performers box). There will be rankings and something relating to 6 artists (Mr. Children, B'z, hikki, namie, ayu and JUDY & MARY)

Interesting, some kind of rankings of best selling artists or more popular from the past 20 years? Probably something like that, based the artists they mentioned...
Don't think she'll perform though, they wouldn't let Ayu for the "and more..." artists, they would list her name for sure.
